    I recently joined up at Bayfit and absolutely love it! This is my first gym i have joined and the trainers have been really helpful in looking after me and answering any questions i have. Getting my Husband on board too keep up the good work guys!

    went to the open day on Sunday which was fantastic to see everyone giving to the royal children's hospital. also have found out there is a new GM at Bayfit and have noticed a very positive change in the service and facilities. looking forward to more improvements in the near future!

    Convenient location and only pool in the area. Not much else to recommend it however.

    As others have commented the pool is COLD in winter. Childrens pool absolutely inappropriate temperature for babies and toddlers and they are shivering after 2 minutes. Reception staff rude and unhelpful. You cant change your membership at reception - they say a membership consultant will call you back and they never do.

    Have provided feedback regarding this to Bayfit in the past and received no response.

    Disappointing experience all up.

    Worst gym ever.

    * Forgot my towel and when I went to buy another one, the staff member told me to use one from lost property !!! Gross !!!
    * No one ever bothered to give me a tour of the gym
    * Wouldn't have joined if I knew Pilates cost extra.
    * They never update their website.
    * Tried to cancel but they fobbed me off and then promised a call back that never happened.
    * Can't seem to get a newsletter no matter how many times I ask

    I've been a member of plenty of gyms but this one is by far the worst and it is all staff related. Wish I had never joined.

    Lovely atmosphere to work out or just go for a swim. Since the renos a few years back BayFit is alot bigger and now boasts the latest in machines and equiptment.
    Memberships, although a tad more than other gyms around are still very good value considering all memberships allow access to the aquatic facilities aswell.
    Staff are very helpful and the trainers provide support and advice of a high standard!
