    Bayswater was great! Customer service team was really helpful and the cars were in excellent condition. Pretty happy with the pricing too, definitely worth checking them out!

    Having read reviews on here I was quite wary, but decided to take a gamble as their prices were so competitive. I had no reason to worry. Staff were friendly and both the rental and return procedures were completely hassle free. Paperwork was explained and completed quickly, yet efficiently and I was encouraged to inspect the vehicle thoroughly prior to agreeing to the condition report. All the vehicles are practically brand new Toyota corollas and are a pleasure to drive. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

    I found them good, no problems.
    They were cheaper than the others.

    I've rented with these guys for the last 5 years without any problems, the price is cheaper than everyone else, and good new cars(Corolla's). we've sent a few relo's to them too, the only thing is that there not at the airport, but I suppose thats why they are cheaper.

    This was the worst car rental company I have ever had!!! They were all smiles when I picked the car up. But they added a lot of fees. Worse, when I brought the car back, they starting finding tiny nicks (you could hardly see) and claiming they had to keep the $300 deposit. My advice: STAY AWAY - it looks cheap but they get money until it ends up costing MORE !!! than other cmpanies.

    Like the people below, had a fairly bad experience with Bayswater car rental. Problems with fuel levels not being recorded properly, rude staff, and a dismissive approach to complaints when extra charges were asked to be explained made the situation uncomfortable. When asked to speak with the manager they made no attempt to improve the situation. Luckily? We didnt feel alone as the people being served next to us were screaming their frustration to the staff. On the upside they were exceedingly cheap and we were not incorrectly charged for any damage as others have been. I am the biggest cheap-skate in the world, but I would probably spend a couple of extra bucks next time, Im positive my partner would emphatically agree.

    As stated by someone below i also got charged for damage that was not only ridiculous but also i know was there previously. I was just a sucker! would never use again. have since moved on to using a new company.

    Always seem to come in the top 3 for price when looking for a hire car. Ppicking up the car is straight forward and quick. The cars always appear to be fairly new and clean.
    Whenever we have overseas visitors I always recommend them to go here. We've used them a few times and not a problem so far.
    I still don't understand the "no birds" promotion though!
