    Well we got charged over 50% more than we were quoted, customer service was mediocre. I wouldn't use again..

    Is it possible to give Zero stars. Firstly we arrive at perth airport only to find out that we needed to catch a taxi to their depot. Upon arriving there we were met by an obnoxious representative. I admit we were drained from the flight but in no way did my husband ask for what came next...the person at the desk wanted to take my partner out into the carpark..or in their words exactly 'If i wasn't working i would take you out the front'. How did this come about?..All because we requested a babyseat for our newborn which i had to place on my lap during the taxi ride..and now to be told they didnt have any....Shame on you Bayswater...fortunately for us we turned around and left..picking up a vehicle just outside of the city where we were treated like human beings! would never recommend your company to my worst enemy. Again very dissapointed. Michelle Langtree

    Our last hire with Baywater was a disaster, they have no airport service, no baby seats (which we needed) if you drop your car at the airport it is $50 plus they don't de-hire it until they pick it up the next day. sorry we won't be using you again.
