I have used this vet for my animals and have been very happy with their service until recently. They made an error (well actaully 2) and would not take any responsibility, I was given a series of differing explanations about what had occurred and was made out to be overreacting. My female cat was desexed and i was sent home with post operative instructions relating to a male cat. Her vaccination was also overlooked. They had always been my favorite vet but cannott admit to an error. The business is growing and i suspect that it has moved to a production line profit making vet instead of the caring place it was before. If you care about your animals take them elsewhere -

Beach st have been my vet for many years now and I wouldn't change. The prices are great, the vets are great and caring and the animals receive great care. I have taken many animals there over the years and couldn't ask for any better care.Thanks -

Im a very satisfied client of Beach Street Vet Clinic. My staffy ran into complications when it was time to give birth to her pups. I called the clinic and although it was just on closing time they told me they would wait for me. On arrival Euan gave an injection to bring on contractions and when that didnt work he performed a ceserian. Im so pleased to say that all pups survived and mum was ok too. Cost was very reasonable conscidering it was after hours. Ive dealt with a number of vets over the years and none come close in regards to care, expertise and price. I wouldnt go anywhere else now.

Euan is fantastic with our Pets (dogs & cat) . He talks in un-complicated terms which we can understand. Spends time showing you what needs to be done if asked. Loves all animals. Staff are caring in stressfull times. Don't overcharge like other Vets. Have been going to Beach Street for many years and would recommend to anyone who is after a Vet Practice that care for your Pets. -

After 2 experiences at Karingal Vet Hospital (both terrible) I also decided to look around for a new vet in Frankston. Read the reviews on TruLocal and decided to give Beach Street Vet Clinic a go. They were fantastic! My old 13 year old dog needs to have a vet I can trust on hand in the case of an emergency. I need a vet clinic that will do the best by me and my dog. I'm happy to say my dog and I are very happy with our first visit today and the vet Emma was lovely. We have finally found the clinic we were looking for. Thank you Beach Street Vet Clinic! -

brilliant vet, Today is Sunday and my normal vet wanted $100 just to see someone, I decided its time to try another vet. I searched True Local and found so many great reviews for beach street i thought i would give it a try. Dog got awesome treatment for his eye that was hurt and dog needed biopsy which was done instantly with results instantly, last vet made us wait a day. Had his heartworm shot aswell as local anthestic and pain killers and when we got the bill my partner and I walked out with smiling faces. I won't be going to another Vet again, My partner and I are SO happy we have finally found our vet. :) -

I'm very fussy about vets and clinics so when I moved interstate I decided to try out this one after reading a few good reviews. I wasn't disappointed, I'll be back for sure :)
The vet I saw (Emma) was very helpful, caring and gentle with my puppy. Great service. -

Great Clinic! What more can I say! I see Emma with my rats & rabbits, I see Jann with my birds, and I see Robbie with my cats and dogs. On saying that though I would be happy to see any of the vets there with any of my animals. They are very nice and very thorough, both the vets and the staff there. I love that they have an after hours number for contact and luckily for us we have not had to use it yet. I highly reccommend this clinic for your pets needs, and you will understand yourself just how great they are should you choose to go and meet them. -

I spent some time looking for vets when I moved to the area and visited three for consultations. Beach Street was by far the best. I have taken my dog to see two of their vets, Ian and Jan. Both are very thorough and realistic.
The doctors, nurses and reception staff at Beach Street are incredibly caring and understanding people. The difference at Beach Street should be obvious to pet owners when they look at what features in pride of place on the doctor's walls; pictures of their pets. These people love animals and are proud pet owners, something which makes an enormous difference in service. I have taken my pets to a number of vets over the years but Beach Street is by far the best.
And if you are lucky you might receive a leg rub or two from resident cat, Harry. Who despite being a cat, is very good with dogs.
