Today I had the worst experience at Bean Tree cafe that I have ever had before and hope never to experience again... I ordered a short black and got exactly that. Realising it was not what I thought I ordered I asked if I could get a bit of milk. They got me the milk and as they put it down I said excuse me can I ask you something to which they turned on me and said "No we don't have time to keep running back to you I am busy". My friend and I sat in stunned silence- I have Never been spoken to like that in a restaurant before....... Very disappointed Certainly will not frequent again!!! -

Innovative, fresh, tasty food with good coffee. Very relaxed garden setting or cosy indoor option. Very good, friendly & efficient staff make the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyable - something a little better than the run-of-the-mill options in town.
