In the depths of Darlo, a sexy little venue that teases the tastebuds seduces a hardened drinker.

Sometimes you come across little holes in the wall that make all the big holes in the wall worth it. Little places that manage to precariously balance decor, drinks, price and mood without letting the scale tip too far in any direction. Armed with a non-date (think date but without the begging), it's not long before I realise the basement bar of the Beauchamp Hotel in Oxford Street may be just such a rarity.
