    I just wanted to say, i have been to many beauty salons but I found Rouse hill Beauty At The Towers fantastic! I found them lovely to talk to and have never felt so comfortable. I sometime struggle with my eyebrows at other salons but beauty at the towers always seem to get it right. THANKYOU!

    I have been i client of beauty at the towers rousehill for the past two years and the staff and management are fantastic, friendly and helpful. This is bye far the best Salon to go for laser. The therapist are thorough and efficiant and as for their prices the specials they have on laser are great and they also match prices of candella certified salons. I would definateley recommend this salon to everyone i know.

    Called the salon the ask how much they charge for a pedicure and how long they go for. The reception staff wasn't sure so asked the management. Staff said they are $40 or $45 and go for 45 minutes. So I booked in for later that day. My pedicure was done and the staff that did it was friendly and did a good job, however it went for 20 minutes. When I asked why it was so short staff says they usually go for 30 minutes and so i told that I was told that it would go for 45 minutes and I had only got 20. Staff went and spoke to the management and came into the room and saw me. Management said that the staff that answered the phone was only on trial and not a trained therapist so must have got confused.( Even though I heard staff relaying what the management told staff.) So to say sorry management offered only $5 off the service. I was not happy with this at all. They gave me half the time so I should have got the service half price. I would not recommend this salon to anyone and won't be going back.

    Beauty at the towers is amazing and would highly recommend them to anyone in the hills area!!! The service is spot on and the all the girls are very helpful and lovely, especially Amanda who always looks after me...
    My eye brows look awesome!!!!
