I can't say I'm a regular as I've only had about 3 visits so far, but I've always found the staff here very professional and helpful. They really know what they're doing and what they're talking about, which a lot of beauty therapists don't in my experience. I definitely recommend this salon.

I really find it hard to comprehend that "joartlover" has given an accurate review here! In my experience there has never been an incident such as this during my 8 year relationship as a client of Beauty Connection. Over that time I have had a wide range of services professionally performed on me with no complaint and might add that I am a regular visitor of the salon approx every 2 weeks. They are constantly reviewing and updating their treatments to ensure their clients gain from the benefit of the latest and most up to date proven affective procedures. I have benefitted immensely from the care and knowledge of Charmaine and staff. I am a business owner myself and therefore expect a high quality of service. I would never hesitate to recommend Beauty Connection and have done so many times! Referred clients have also been happy. Exceptional Salon - otherwise why keep going there for 8 years???

  I found this place hostile i had a scoopon to use they berated me for booking in late with a scoopon it still had a month left. They then proceeded to tell me that they were sick of getting cancellations had had two people not turn up for eyebrow waxes etc etc. They wouldn't accommodate the times I could attend for a facial microdermabrasion in the next month telling me how many vouchers they had sold and all of their problems with them. They were rude raising their voice I contacted the voucher vendor and asked for my money back. I wouldn't of wanted to sit while they attended to me. They are in one word scary.
