My background is in logistics and customer service and as a member of upper management it is known that the biggest task of any organization is to create a team that is totally dedicated to the customer experience not just meeting customer expectation but exceeding a customer's expectations. This is my first time I bought some items from becextech and the experience was all the way smooth. The re-stock item was sent to me immediately when it was made available, at no extra cost. I received the items as described and in good condition. If their services are maintained I have no hesitation to have more dealings with them in the foreseeable future. I must also add that it is much cheaper to deal direct with this esteemed Company than thru' a third party's website

To put this bluntly, post-purchase customer service provided by this company is down right bad. If you're trying to send a product back in for repair, I suggest getting it done privately, at least then you won't have to wait 1-2 months longer than the suggested turnaround time. To make it worse, Becextech is simply a pain to contact. I tried getting a status update on my repair (which by this time was 1 month late), and all I kept getting were one liners that told me nothing. They are too lazy to even contact their repairer to ask what was going on with the product.

I can say that I will not be purchasing anything from Becextech again in the future, and if you are thinking of buying here. I recommend you look elsewhere.

Becextech had a generous variety of cameras in all prices and of all consumer types. The descriptions were clear and mostly helpful, the only problem being that it was not always clear whether there was an eye level viewfinder on the camera or just a screen on the back. The checkout process, using a credit card, was straight forward, and no difficulties arose.

I would not hesitate to recommend you guys to friends

I checked this website's Shipping & Returns Policy before I placed my order, and they clearly said that all orders are dispatched "as soon as order is verified", and that all orders are processed within 48 hours (this was actually reduced on their website to 24 hours the day after I made my purchase). Well my order was verified (they post a small transaction to your credit card and ask you to confirm the amount), and my credit card was charged instantly, but lo and behold, no dispatch, no tracking number. When I queried this, they said that the 48 hours commences after they have verified the order. So I waited until the 48 hours elapsed. Still no dispatch, no tracking number a day later. My order status still shows as "processing", and includes an old message about needing to verify my credit card. Now they have stopped responding to any of my emails or to any tickets I have placed through their "support" website (which they claim to respond to immediately). Stay away from these people. Now I am going to have to try to get my money back via my bank.

  I have now received the package. All good: the product is legitimate and as described. Communication did improve significantly after I complained. Ultimately I'm satisfied with the service. Would suggest the company engages someone to keep on top of emails. The product had actually already shipped when I first complained, but no-one got around to letting me know until much later.

I purchased a new Canon 5d mark iii and they had this avaialble where it was out it stock elsewhere. the selection of product range and the extra including free accessories are excellent. the follow up emails kept me informed about the order progress, which comes in handy.

I'm getting really frustrated at the lack of contact from BecexTech Australia. The last update on the website was four days ago and the item should be arriving today. I have contacted them again after they said it would be updated 'soon' and not heard back.....
