    This is a fantastic gym! It has a great atmosphere and the staffs are really friendly. Its not just gym junkies that come here, you have everyone for all ages and you dont feel intimidated to go. Great value for money and it has all new equipment. I would recommend it to everyone.

    I have been to many gyms before and always doped out because the staff their never seemed to care or help me in any way, and I always got suck with an iron clad direct debit contract.

    I don't know about you but a genuine smile goes a long way. The Gym at the PCYC has staff their that actually care and get this, they prescribe free exercise programs that don't suck. Their D/D service had no contract and I could opt out of it at any stage without a penalty.

    Finally a company that cares about the health and welfare of others. There is no doubt that the PCYC fitness centre is not in the industry just the money.
