Nothing better than sitting at one of the outside tables with friends and watching the city pass by. Totally unpretentious and sociable, this place has it all. Not a big fan of the food - all really oily and greasy, but the service is great... and see what happens when you tip the bar staff... :)

This place has a great atmosphere and a great selection of beer. It's a comfortable place for a meal with the family during the day ( My son loves the chips as they come in a big cardboard cone) and a totally crazy and fun place to party at night. The only downside I found is that some of the staff I have encountered have very little knowledge of the beers other than how to pronounce them. My husband and I have even been served the wrong ones. But all in all I love the place and will keep returning anyway.

The Belgian Beer Cafe has an excellent range of Belgian Beers (as the name implies). Be prepared to however pay a premium for what you are getting including now common beers such as Hoegaarden and Stella Artois. With the exception of the mussels, The food is tasty though somewhat overpriced for what you get.

Very popular with locals and toursist alike. Nothing better than to sit outside with a pint of beer and some freshly cooked fries. Always well frequented by the business set as it is close to King St...worth a look on a fine day.

If you need a good strong beer - this is the place - we spend five hours enjoying many beer flavours and the food helped us stay steady. Bar and wait staff were friendly
