We built our first house with BellaHaven homes approx 5 years ago now. We had problems throughout the build process and went through 3 supervisors but we were happy with the end result at hand over. We started having problems with quality after about 2-3 years, cracking plaster in roof and walls, doors jamming and needing to be shaved to free them up, nails lifting in architraves, mirrors rusting from behind because they weren't sealed around the edges, render staining from something leaking out from bricks and cracks in multiple places in front faade.
If you had asked me in the first 12 months I would have probably recommended them but now I'm telling people to stay away from them.
When we contacted them to try and get everything fixed, we were told it was outside of the warranty period for defects and now only structural defects were covered. They didn't even come out to see if it was a structural issue causing the cracks in the render or the doors jamming. -

Very unhappy with their service and commitment.
1. Never update the customer on the current status of the house
2. Ask to process the payment claim before completing the work
3. False commitments
4. Extremely rude with customer once the contract is signed
