Justin Baker, owner and Pastry Chef, opened Belle Saveur in August 2010 to introduce locals to a quality patisserie product that they would otherwise have to travel to enjoy. 

Belle Saveur Patisserie Café use only the finest of ingredients to produce a range of sweet and savoury products that look amazing and taste fantastic. Signatore products include an Opera Gateaux, Mango and Raspberry Coconut Dacqoise, and a Strawberry and White Chocolate Japonais.

Belle Saveur is open 7 days per week for breakfast, lunch and of course a treat for morning or afternoon tea.

    If there were a sixth, hidden star, I would find it and click it too. This little secret gem on the bottom of High street in Penrith is definitely a diamond in the rough. Staff are incredibly friendly, food is amazing and all cooked fresh on site. The savouries are fantastic, but it's in the cakes & pastries where you can really see the passion of the chef shine through. My partner & I have been there several times (We call it the "MMMmmmMMM" cafe, as that's pretty much the only sound uttered from the first bite, all the way to the last), and not ONCE have we been disappointed. If you do one thing in Penrith, check this place out.
