  BELLISA has added some much-needed glamour to one of Bedford's main drags.

  This chic cafe stands out from its nondescript neighbours and, according to a few locals, is carving out a niche as a culinary hotspot. Curried away My big sis and I decided to cross Bellisa off our bucket list of Perth after several of our friends raved about the fab food. Sis selected the chermoula chicken skewers as soon as she spotted them on the menu. The skewers were served with a curry sauce that was so subtle she could hardly taste it. Ditto for the coconut and jasmine in the steamed rice and the touch of chilli that the menu also promised. That said, she declared the plump, juicy pieces of chicken breast to be “beautifully cooked, tender and well seasoned”.
