    I wasn't expecting Bells to ring my chimes when I ducked inside to escape wild weather. In fact, I was planning to catch up with a gal pal on Beaufort St until I got soaked in a sudden downpour and sloshed into the nearest noshery.

    After scanning the menu, I instantly decided to stay put, wring out my coat and ride out the storm. My friend joined me a few minutes later to see if my "foodie" sixth sense panned out. It did. Silver lining The chaotic climate meant we practically had the cafe ? and the raging river views ? to ourselves. But when we return on a day when Mother Nature is in a sunnier mood, I'm positive this hip, well-designed venue will be booming. After we ordered at the counter, a big bowl of pumpkin soup was swiftly delivered to our table. Dunking the accompanying crusty, warm wedges of bread in the hearty, orange concoction chased away our chills. Fluffy, delicately spiced potato wedges also stoked our furnaces. Prawnography If there had been more customers nearby, I?m certain the way I cooed over the coconut-crumbed prawns would have prompted them to say, ?I?ll have what she?s having?. My amorous antics began when six huge, juicy, coconut-coated critters were served up on a bed of lyche...
