    I bought a Babyhood walker from Belly 2 Baby a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately it has not lived up to our expectations. Our 9 month old daughter tries to climb out of it head first. It also has the most hectic music that was surely not designed by anyone with experience with children. We tried to exchange the walker for one more suitable but were told by Belly 2 Baby that they wouldn't accept it back because it conformed to Australian safety standards and that their returns policy falls within the Consumer Guidelines. I find this approach unhelpful and dogmatic as well as showing a complete lack of understanding of their customer needs. Many companies nowadays allow you to return items if they are unsuitable for you even though they don't legally have to. They realise the value of customer service in getting repeat business. Unfortunately Belly 2 Baby seem to operate at the opposite end of the spectrum, giving the bare minimum they need to to keep within the law without truly caring about their customers. I was disappointed by their service in the shop and by management's response to my complaint. I will definitely not shop there again or recommend them to anyone.
