    Shopped around for my first ever flat screen TV and ended up buying a cheapish one from another store that the salesman said would look great but when I got it looked worse than my old CRT. After doing some research I decided what I wanted and returned my new purchase. The store I had purchased from didn't have what I wanted (and after a short discussion refunded the money) so I went to Belmont Stereo Systems and bought my new Panasonic Plasma TV. The staff at BSS were able to confirm my decision and when I got the TV home it was amazing. After a week I noticed a screen fault with the TV (green lines on right hand side from top to bottom). I expected this to be a rare problem and contacted BSS. They had a staff member out to my house within a couple of hours and confirmed the fault, had another new screen with them and the corresponding paperwork. The new screen was fitted and checked and everything done within half an hour. Awesome customer service which I know I wouldn't have received from any of the larger retailers. I'll be going back there again.
