No other hotel can boast such a splendid waterfront deck, perfect in every season for a drink with friends. The Belevdere hotel is a favourite spot for locals and by passers. The jetty bar located here, is not only a bar but has all the live sports action and as well has live entertainment every afternoon. You can relax with a cocktail and watch the sun go down at this ideal location.

Not sure why others have had problems at The Belvedere. My family and I have dined at The Belvedere Hotel on a number of occasions and found the food and the service to be excellent. We had lunch there in early May 2012 and ordered the $15 Sirloin lunchtime special that came with a garden salad, chips and mushroom sauce (for an extra $2) as well as a pot of beer / softdrink. The steak was perfectly cooked (Medium), the chips were fresh and the salad was great. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone for a great meal and the Carb Steakhouse is extremely child friendly.

I rang ahead to book a table for our anniversary dinner and booking was taken. When we got there we were told by the management that we didn't make a booking. So we waited in the bar for table to become free. When we finally got to our table we made our way to order, staff DOUBLE DIPPED when it came to us paying. Meal was very small for the money. We will never eat there again nor will our circle of friends. Staff were so rude that they managed to not even talk a single word the entire time we were seated. The only word that was uttered to us was BYE as we were leaving. Food was so terrible we went to McDonalds on the way home. Its a shame I have to even give them HALF A STAR.

The food was underwhelming, the service was terrible, and the staff took it upon of to tell my 60-something year old mother to "keep it down in here" after cheering for a small jackpot win on the pokies..... would NEVER dine there again and have happily shared my review with as many friends as I can....

Rang to book a few weeks ago and was told that i needed to book at least 1-2 wks out, jumped onto their website to email that date that required, waited 3 days and no response on day 3 i called and was told that they are fully booked for a private xmas party. SO this is 2x that i have tried to book to have a meal there for my birthday (that was in Oct) and still not able to get a table. Over a little unhappy that noone responded to my web query....might give up and find somewhere else to have a meal. Suggestion to them use your website wisely, have a calender so customers can check what dates are availble OR even respond to web queries.

The food was below average and overpriced in my opinion. The scrambled eggs were an odd orange colour and resembled playdough, bacon was soft and tasteless.

The only thing it had going for it was the view. It was one of the busiest days for Redcliffe and there wasn't enough staff to cater for even the small number of people who were there.

If you want to get right out of the city for a bite and drink, this is the spot. With great views of Bramble Bay, the Belvedere has undergone a facelift. The fresh seafood attracts the locals, while desserts such as frozen honey, pistachio and apricot nougat with poached rhubarb prove pub dining has come a long way.
