    First they sent out a staff who couldn't work out how to turn off the water mains (and thus couldn't perform the required work). They still charged for a full hour $110 and also charged for $45 worth of materials. When they came out the second time some pretty basic parts are now hundreds of dollars in materials costs. To top it off they managed to scrape a whole lot of paint off the ceiling looking for an access point and generally just didn't bother to clean up thereby leaving mess all over the place. Stay away from them.

    I recently used this company for a weekend callout - I asked them if they could fix instantaneous gas hot water units - David said yes then sent out one of his junior tradesman who couldn't fix it and then sent me a bill for $200 + GST for turning up and telling me to get someone else as they can't fix it when I asked them this from the start! Use them at your own peril...

    This is the ideal company to go to for emergency after hours plumbing only since they have 24 hour service available.You must pay for it though at top rates as expected for after hours emergency work
