We specialise primarily in home air conditioning and also have extensive experience in commercial projects.

Our services include all work on split and ducted air conditioning systems and all heating and cooling work.

    Ben personally provided a prompt response after my request for quote within just hours. The quote was received immediately after a quick site inspection. The team presented themselves on time and carried out the installation professionally. My tenants are now extremely happy with their new air conditioning units. It was a pleasure to do business and I will certainly be using their services in the future.

    Ben inspected, quoted and installed an air-conditioning unit for us all within 5 days, all within the January heat wave! Ben personally arrived on time and his team worked quickly, efficiently and most of all tidyly. I would highly reccomend Ben's services.

    Ben and his team recently installed two Daikin split system (very quiet) air conditioners into our new offices at Pyrmont. Their professionalism and work ethics are second to none. These "Tradesmen" are highly efficient, very capable, and friendly, and once the job was completed we didn't even know they had been here. Would not hesitate for one second in recommending Ben and his team.

    We recently bought an old house that needed air conditioning installed and the entire electrical system rewired, new switchboard, power box, cable from mains, new power points and circuitry for a new kitchen. We received a quote from another electrician and thought we would seek a second quote. After reading these reviews I gave Ben Rafferty a call. We locked in a time and I was called 1/2 an hour before that time to confirm that they were on their way. They arrived ON TIME (which I've since learnt from using other trades is an absolute miracle!!!). Ben and Mark were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and their quote came in over $1500 cheaper than the previous quote. Ben's team then arrived ON TIME AND WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD for each and every day of the 3 day job. I had to pop by our house each day at different times and on every occasion the guys were working hard and were very professional. At the end of each day they tidied up everything with great detail. Through this renovation we have used every type of tradesman and have had difficulties with reliability and workmanship from every one of them EXCEPT Ben and his team. Special thanks goes to Adam for his leadership and workmanship and for coming around again at short notice to fix a problem caused by the Tiler! I would not hesitate to recommend Ben Rafferty Air and Electrical to anyone who needs either air conditioning or electrical work done as we are extremely impressed with the results. Thank you!

    Ben Rafferty's team just installed a Daikin Split system and a new Power switchboard in our Dulwich Hill House. The guys were very efficient, professional and very methodical in their tasks.     Ben's team just installed a Daikin split system in our house in Leichhardt. I'm sitting here entirely comfortable on a >33 degree day (bliss!!). Anyway, they were really professional, clean, fast and on time. Ben's advice on which machine to install was also really helpful, and they were the best price by far.

    Ben and the guys did a Daiken ducted system to our house as well as all electrical works for our major renovation. System runs like a dream and all works done to high quality. Has since done other work for me at another property and on recommendation to neighbours has now air-conditioned several other houses in our street. All the same feedback - reliable, clean and great quality
