    a disappointment to say the least,. my experience ended with a huge bill $400 (for things i was not aware i was billed for ) and no result. The doctor simply said "i dont really know, why ur feeling like this, sorry". Waste of time, considering there is a bulk billing medical centre just around the corner.

    I moved to Sydney a few years ago and had so much trouble finding a doctor, until someone recommended this place to me. If you want to see a good female doctor, like I did, this is the only place to go. Every time I go here, the doctors are really friendly and take the time to get to know you before they make assumptions about your health and send you on your way. The only downside is that good service like this comes at a price. They dont bulk bill, so you have to pay it all upfront and then claim it through Medicare, which can be pretty annoying when youre busy. It's also not cheap...but then, most decent places in Sydney worth visiting aren't. Still, for the convenience of an inner-city location and guaranteed good service, look no further than Benchmark Medical. Theyre consistently busy, but can generally fit you in on the day you call to make an appointment.

    Wow really? Thoroughly unimpressed!!!! Having been to this medical centre several times I've noticed a trend..
    - I always have to wait 30 - 45 minutes as the doctors cannot keep their reservations, and
    - I'm always horrified at the bill,
    Which isn't bulk billed, has only a small portion covered by Medicare, and can't be claimed on the spot.

    Last visit I was charged >$100 for 5 mins with the doctor, after waiting 30 mins. Atrocious.

    Thoroughly impressed!!!! Modern offices, well laid out, great convenient location....but more importantly, the reception staff treated me with warmth and courtesy. The doctor was very friendly and professional. Overall, my best medical checkup experience in Australia in 3 years!!!!
