Benjamin Construction & Development Pty Ltd was established in 2000 with a vision to provide a unique service for all clients, with this in mind Benjamin Construction has created a diverse range of services predominately within the Commercial & Education sector from Design/Construct, Construction/Refurbishment & Small Works/Maintenance. 

SMALL WORKS / MAINTENANCE 
Small works/ maintenance division was created to provide clients with an alternative to rectify those minor issues without the major costs. The maintenance aspect is to ensure regular inspections and planned maintenance works are carried out and in return guarantees the buildings are visually maintained at all times.  

CONSTRUCTION / REFURBISHMENT 
The construction / refurbishment team is an experienced team who appreciate the importance of each projects budget and programme. Benjamin Constructions offer a after-hours service for the construction and refurbishment of projects. This service allows clients to continue carrying out operations throughout the construction phase. 

DESIGN & CONSTRUCT 
The services of the Design and Construct team range from initial design concepts through to handover, the foremost priority is to alleviate pressure from the client. The team will obtain DA and BA, Engage consultants and coordinate trades whilst working closely with programme and budget.
