VE wagon Newbie 1 review
Could not believe the unbelievably poor communication and service i received at Benro Industries. Was told that the car would be in for 5-7 business days originally, and would be available for pick up at 5 30 on the 7th day. At 3 30 we were informed it would not be ready for the 5 30 pick up but we were assured that it would be ready the next day at 4 30. Day 8 (the 11th day they have had the car) just as we were leaving to go pick up the car (4:10) we were rang and said that the car would again not be ready but it would be delivered to our house the next day between 3 and 4. Day 9, we waited around for the car to be delivered until 4 30, when we rang Benro industries to find out that they had infact not left yet. I do not recommend any one.
