    So the guy says they have been operating 22 years..... I really don't know how that is possible!!! One of the most uncomfortable car yards!!! You walk into the place and there is 6 blokes standing on the veranda looking right at you. Thats where it begins..... We found the car right for us, however we got offered a price, so went and had a think about it and then came back and everything changed.... Price went up and questions I asked were answered in the most rudest ways!!! I would NOT recommended this car yard to my worst enermey.... Save your time and that even walk into there

    CUSTOMER SERVICE NO WAY NOT AT THIS CAR YARD.
    I went looking for a car on Saturday afternoon 2weeks ago,the salesperson on site showed me a car and we set up getting finance for the car that day & there should have been an answer on the following Monday or Tuesday.
    On Tuesday I phoned asking what was going on, no answer yet, somebody will call you back. No such luck I phoned back on Thursday still no answer. I then phoned on Saturday Asking to cancel the finance and i would be coming up to collect my $200.00 deposit.
    All was OK until I asked them to put the money back into my account (no go) they would have a cheque for me on Tuesday OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
    The sales person then made a phone call and said the finance company needed more information. On Monday I gave them the information and again they would call me back by Wednesday. Yes that's right I had to call them again to find out what was going on, Finance OK but knocked back because the car was to old and trade in to low. I then ask what they could do for me, leave it with them they will look at the trade in and try somebody else again they will phone me back on Monday week 3 now from the first time I had tried to finance this car and yes again no body called, so I called on Tuesday and asked again what was going on. We will get back to you.
    At 6.00PM that night I had a phone call saying they had done nothing about the other finance and you me to call a bank in the area they my be able to help.
    What a joke it has taken 2 and a half weeks to try and get finance for a car and now I have to try and get my own finance as well make all the phone calls. CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE IS NONE. never again will I go back to this car yard or recommend them to my friends. PS I have advertised their car yard on my car for over 2 years now but will be removing the information from today onwards.
