    I am absolutely appalled by one of the staffs attitude and behaviour towards patients at this practice. Rude to all the patients that came in (I was waiting over an hour so had a lot of time to observe), snappy on the phone, unhelpful to everybody they interacted with, snapped at all the other people she was working with except for the doctors. When a patient went to pay their bill by cash they did not tell them they could not get money back from Medicare that way in practice until after they paid, when the poor young girl asked if they could refund and do the transaction again they smiled (only time she did smile) and said "Its all done now", turned their back went and into another room. Made it a very unpleasant place to be. Be prepared to fight a dragon if you consider going there.
