    New Mazda serviced there a few times,twice had to go back for follow up on problems that should have been picked up there and then.
    Check your bill.
    Very nice showroom , good coffee , but the most important thing- car service is very average.

    I found Berwick Mazda to be one of the most proffessional and customer orientated dealerships i have ever had the pleasure to do buisness with. The sales team there where very helpful and had a wealth of knowledge on all of the Mazda range, i purchased my vehicle and had it delivered within a few days and was very happy on presentation. I then had the pleasure of servicing my Mazda at the service department and found them very friendly and helpful, their prices are very competative and i had my car washed and vaccumed as a courtesy. The waiting area is great, i watched tv on a big screen and read the paper. One of the gentlemen working in service also made me a cuppacino as i waited which i thought was great. All in all great service and i am a very happy customer.

    Purchased a new car from here. The salesman needed to have more communication with us regarding the delivery date as it was delayed for over 2 months. The service guys are very good and will match prices of other dealers. Best to ring around and then confirm service with them, but make sure they will match the price prior to booking.
