Unhappy with the staff, I was under pressure of buying a car at the same day. Not recommended attitude of treating guests, i would buy toyota but i wouldnt buy from toyota berwick, i would stay away.

Had to wait 3 months for my car because of the tsunami. Berwick Toyota called me every other week with a progress report. The best car I've ever had and great service. Thanks Berwick Toyota.

Totally unimpressive experience. We waited 8 months after paying a deposit for a new vehicle. Along the way we were fed excuses and inaccuracies. Even after a patient wait by us, the company was not interested in customer satisfaction. Needless to say, we will be buying our new vehicle elsewhere and now it will not be a Toyota!

Great service team. Competitive prices. Swapped to them from another dealer and purchase extended warranty and a service for a similar price to a single service at another dealer.
