Business choice review
The best customer service I have come across in a long time. Anna was incredibly helpful and took the time to discuss my needs and requirements with me. Anna went to enormous trouble to ensure the flowers I chose were presented creatively and with style and I know this because a picture of the flowers and card which I ordered were emailed to me, but it's this kind of level of service that has been refreshing. I was also pleased there was a range of prices available and even the lower end priced flowers were lovely and represented value. I am pleased to say that I have found my permanent florist from now on. Thank you Anna, I will be back in 2 weeks.REVIEWED BY hayjusto

The ultimate in customer service.. I ordered via their website and the personalised service that I received from Anna and the best buds team was second to none. Best Buds excels where others fall over - they know their product, they are reliable, the offer THE best customer service and best of all - their prices are really good :) Their designs are also simply amazing.. well done team.. I have found the florist for me.. expect more orders from me! And dont change a thing! AWESOME! -

I have had some bad experiences ordering flowers online. Best Buds is different.
My girlfriend had to fly last minute from Vancouver to Sydney on business. En route, unknown to either of us, her accommodation had been changed. I had already ordered Best Bud flowers to be sent to her original hotel.
I received two telephone messages from Best Buds (long distance on their nickel). The first call alerted me that my girlfriend was not at her original hotel. The second call notified me that they had found her.
Here are the results:
"How much am I loving you? You are the sweetest most considerate person! We had to change hotels but the (Best Buds) delivery person just tracked me down. It made me cry after my extremely long night. You are the best. Love you with all my heart."

I used Best Buds to purchase some flowers for Mother's Day.
They were extremely helpful and informative. They helped me through the process and made sure that I chose the best flower arrangement for my needs and budget.
The best part was that my mum LOVED the flowers. She was raving about them for days after they arrived.
Very happy with Best Buds, the flowers were beautiful and were delivered exactly when they said they would arrive (on a busy weekend too!).
The whole process was very simple and easy. I will definitely be using them again for any and all of my flower needs in the future!

5 star service from Anna and the team at Best Buds. I ordered off their website some tulips for a gift, when Anna realised that they had run out of tulips she called me personally to find an alternative bunch. They were the perfect gift and have been the talk of the recipient’s office for the past three days.
I was also very pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up personal email with an attached photo of the beautiful bunch that was delivered.
This level of customer care is almost impossible to find these days and I will be recommending them to all of my friends.
