I also had the "we'll do this next week" trick. Now there is a list of issues from welded swaybar to collapsed engine mounts (wrong engine mounts fitted anyway), numerous oil leaks, doors not opening, etc. They had the car for one week and did not fix what they promised to fix, let alone what they should under a toothless "warranty". Steer clear and make certain you read the Form 4 they quickly get you to sign, section on economic write-offs. They do not tell you, you will only see it if you read ALL the paperwork.

I have recently purchased a car from this dealership and am glad to say they have excellent customer service. I walked in with a tight budget and was quite pleased when the sales person helped me find the car of my dreams and gave me a great deal. I also spoke to the sales person about getting the power windows fixed and the aircon regassed and within 30 minutes of me purchasing the car, it was all fixed and ready to be driven out. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good quality car, great deals and good service.

Went to Smeaton Grange great sales but no car. Then on to Minto still no car but a coffee with the girls in office. Next stop Campbelltown and there was the car I wanted. Chatted to a female sales person, she knew what I wanted and within 30 minutes I was holding the keys to my dream car and a few spare dollars in my pocket. Great Deal - Great Service - Great Locals.

Just purchased the last car for me I think. I feel I will get 10 years of driving out of the gem I picked up at Campbelltown Yard. Loved the support from staff who helped me find the one I wanted to do the job. Thank you to the lovely girls in the office also.

Visited Best Buy Autos @ Parramatta to check out the black rav4 for my wife. They weren't hounding me like other salesmen and made the decision easy. We traded in our old bomb and now my wife is really happy with the service and how the team went beyond their duty of care. We would like to thank the team out there! Thank you...

I purchased a great car, was happy with the price and customer service was fine. No complaints from me. I have told a few friends about the yard and they have also purchased from them. So 10 out of 10 from me.

Horrible place, cars are not checked properly, i purchased a car from here, after being completely ripped off over the price, had stalling issues constantly which caused an accident, was told it "wasn't their problem" and had to fix the car myself, once car was repaired the warranty wasn't covered anymore.

read your contract very carefully, and do not go over the amount you want, a lot of hidden costs with them... would not buy here again

Bought a car off these guys about 6 months ago. Asked them to fix the power windows before I purchased the vehicle. They said bring it back in a couple of weeks. Did that but wasnt fixed. Also noticed the alternator was going on the vehicle. Asked them to fix that at the same time. They told me they did. Two days later the alternator burnt out. cost me $300 to fix with NRMA. Sold the car as scrap 3 weeks later. Was a hunk of junk. Never buying from there again.

Went in to look around this morning as am in need of a new car to be rudely greeted by a staff who obviously thought I couldnt afford to be in their dodgy yard. Holden Acclaims for sale for 2500 with rear passenger seats ripped and not secure in place,Triton Utes with more rust than my old bucket and expecting sales of 5500 for it lmao let alone I was on the market for a used car in the 3000 to 5000 range. Asked about in house finance as well to get an idea on the staff and the caryard itself and the staff was too lazy to even start a car up i wanted to look at lmao. It's ok though im passing the word around not to bother with this staff thanks for your rude inconsideration and false assumption that I was after 'a cheapie' you saved me walking around the cesspool that is the Campbelltown yard. Instead went to a more reputable caryard and am now happy with my BMW purchase elsewhere tip for the future you may be lazy but it also helps to make sure the people you offend are indeed genuine and have the cash upfront.
