Just spent over a thousand dollars (so far) on a car purchased from BBAs. The things that were fixed are legally covered under the statutory warranty - but BBAs refused to do these. They originally promised to do these so I left the car with them for a week and could not believe it when I called them again and they told me the car was ready. It was in worse condition then when I left it there.
Stay away if you value your safety. I've been there once, never again.
Brought a car for the son to get to work in with promises to fix faults seen before purchase. Took the car back to get fixed and they took a week to do nothing, thanks. My mechanic said it's un-roadworthy. So much for dealing with them - their word means nothing. Steer clear.
recently bought a car for mum from the campbelltown yard.
decent runabout, few love taps as expected for a used car, good rego.
dealt with nice people. and nice after sales.
bought a decent little car for our kids to share, they love it, and touch wood no problems.
staff could learn some manners, but the ladies were lovely.
bought a car from Minto Best Buys, cheap as. guys there were great. had a few hiccups with the car, but they sorted it no problems, even help fit the stereo.. the girls very friendly.. offered coffee and even played with me kids. thanks
My husband and I just bought a little Ford Festiva for our daughter, watch out she has her L's and we wanted something strong and sterdy..
We went to the Best Buy Auto's @ Minto, behind the Fire Station.
The staff there were a absolute delight. There was a crack in the windscreen,
they fixed it,
and even added 3months rego.
Renee couldn't be happier with her Kermit car..
Thanks to all the lovely staff at Best Buy Autos Minto.
I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them, drove it 5km then it broke down. Turned out it was a fuel pump problem...took them 5 days to fix with me having to call them because they wouldn't call me. 3 days later it breaks down again, same problem. They fix it with the staff who sold it to me not even wanting to talk to me. The left side blinkers didn't work..turned out it needed a new amplifier, cost $600 to repair, fuel gage didn't work, $300, noticed the low coolant light on...when i checked turned out there was a huge hole in the radiator, another $600 to fix. They couldn't wait to take my money after selling me an unroad worthy vehicle. Stay away from them.
Went into Best Buy Autos to purchased a car for my daughter. The customer service was spot on and they helped put me at ease. They answered all my questions and was able to recommend the best car for my daughter at the right price.
I have told everyone I know about Best Buy Autos and I will definitely be back to purchase a car from them in the nearby future.
Have just purchased 2nd car from Best Buy Autos Campbelltown and could not fault their customer service, attention to detail and after sales service. From the front desk to the car delivery they were great and I could not fault them.It is a shame when a car lets you down but I think good communication will always be a win -win.
