    I have visited the newly opened Best Cuts hair salon in Target Centre in Melbourne CBD yesterday. I walked in with no appointment made, however I was able to get a haircut waiting less than 10 minutes. I was greeted by a hairdresser, Andy, he was very quiet, but extremely polite, probably due to language barrier, however still manage a conversation with me and understood me fairly well. He have given me the best haircut and I walked out feeling so great! He seems like he is very experienced and hands on. With the sort of skills, knowledge and professionalism Andy has, I walked out of the store with a $100 worth of hair cut, but only actually paid $25 for it!!! Definitely the best value cut I ever have!! I will definitely be back, and asking for Andy from now!

    In need of a haircut on a budget, I visited Best Cuts recently. The service was utterly fantastic - I walked in with no appointment, and got a haircut straight away. Others had a maximum of five minutes' wait. The hairdresser who cut my hair, Samanfa, was bright, knowledgeable and listened to my requests, allowing me to check how the haircut was progressing along the way. The price was $25, which I thought was very reasonable, and I left Best Cuts with what is indeed one of the best haircuts I've ever had. I will definitely return, and I recommend Best Cuts and Samanfa specifically to anyone after a great haircut at an excellent price.
