We made a mistake the first time taking our dog here, but always willing to give a second chance but to no avail still terrible terrible service and second grade grooming. There is some amazing mobile grooming servicing point cook area and I recommend you use them instead. Thank you

I brought my dogs to the centre last Saturday, the 26th of November and not only did they forget to book my appointment (a small issue and mistake that is not uncommon but forgivable) then proceeded to tell me that I had booked it a week earlier, they also managed to slice off a bit of my dog's carpal pad with the shearing scissors.
I understand that accidents happen but this is unacceptable. She was bleeding and the groomer had to take her to the vet to get her paw bandaged. What's worse is, when we came to pick our dogs up, the groomers conveniently forgot to inform us of the incident. We only realised that her paw was bandaged when we got home. Naturally, we gave the groomers a ring and the response we got was, "oh yes, we had an accident with the shearing scissors. It was pretty stupid of us not to tell you." You think?
An incident like this is akin to a hairdresser accidentally snipping off a part of his customer's ear!
I will never go back to the centre.

Staff at Best Friends are lovely and full of great advice however this place is certainly not the cheapest for pet food around.
Even with the VIP discount card the discount isn't even that great. My mum was quoted a price for a box of medicated cat food her cat requires. Seeing it to be abit cheaper than buying through the vet she ordered one in. As she went to pick it up the total came up and way more expensive than she normally pays.
With that she handed back her VIP card and has since gone back to buying through the vet.

I took my dog there to get clipped, and while i found the staff in the actual store to be great, the grooming room were rude and acted like i was annoying them by coming in. very expensive too. The store had a good range of merchandise and was nice and clean

  staff at Best Friends at Point Cook are very friendly and helpful and im very greatful with their service and they have a wide range of products and i recommended to go to chat to the best store manager - stuart at Point Cook, he's very good.
