After getting tonsillitis earlier this year I was told that I could get bulk billing there, they charged me because I was there after 6, There only appointment for the week.
I waited 45 minutes to get into see the doctor who didn't seem very interested in what I had to say, after filling out my form to say what I was allergic to he prescribed me Penicillin, I'm allergic to penicillin.
The doctor seemed more interested in the fact that he went to medical school with my previous doctor than the fact that he had prescribed me something that would have made me more violently ill.
I will never go back there again.

What can I say about this place...I'm pregnant and have shared care with a Dr at this clinic - every appointment I have I'm made to wait for at least 45 minutes (an hour and a half the last appointment) and then end up spending less than 2 minutes in the consulting room. It's what we come to expect now I suppose, there's always the chance that the doctor will be running a little late but so consistently??? Today was the final straw - like I said I'm 19 weeks pregnant and have I've been having pretty painful cramps in my left side since last night - all through the night - I rang the doctors this morning for an emergency appointment and was told in a droning voice that would put a Little Britain character to shame (..computer says nooooo) that I couldn't have an appointment, no emergency appointments, no stand-by appointments - nothing...it's shameful. I once again reiterated that I'm 19 weeks pregnant and am in a shared care plan but was told 'like I said, we don't have any appointments' (drone drone), I wasn't advised of any other options open to me - no other clinics close by, no other Health Care numbers I could call, just advised that 'like I said, we don't have any appointments today'. Is that acceptable to you?? Not to me it's not anyway I'm changing from a shared care programme through my pregnancy so that I don't have to deal with the incompetent and unhelpful staff at this clinic.
