Unfortunately can't say anything nice about Betta. Had a shower screen installed for $550, and after a year one of the rollers fell off. So Betta came out, charged $140 for the visit, and said that it would cost another $140 to replace the roller. SO all up they wanted $280 to replace a roller on a shower screen, more than half of the whole screen costs!
In the end, they made me pay $140 for coming out and doing nothing.
The actual roller cost under $10, a handyman came out and replaced the roller for free when he was doing some other work in the apartment. -

Not Betta. It's Worst Eva. 1) Sales lady in the shop is unfriendly and had little product knowledge 2) Installer was 1.5 hours late. When I complained, his boss refused to take responsibility as they were subcontractors. 3) Dodgy job - liquid nail oozing everywhere, push-open cabinets do not work. We gave them the business because they were $500 cheaper due to their laminate wardrobe doors. Regret the decision. AVOID THIS COMPANY. -

These guys are really quick to quote, get your order and deposit from you but after that, the level of service reduces to nothing. I am constantly chasing them for an installation date. It's not from the Brookvale office that is slow, they have done their job getting the quote in but from their head office in Taren Point. Problem is, we had to go via Brookvale to get the quote so it's all related. Will never use them again, nor would we recommend them. -
