    The worst company i have ever dealt with! Their finish is terrible but the icing on top is the customer service! Appalling. I am usually a very calm and diplomatic person and very friendly when dealing with anyone but they were so rude i have found myself getting extremely angry and very offended at the rudeness and the unprofessionalism that i had to deal with.

    The panels against the wall were not flush against the wall and looked only bolted on top but not at the bottom. They were too lazy to cut the skirting and have the panel go all the way to the bottom. The panels were not grouted at all to have them smooth and clean and the tracks were bolted on one side and not properly on the other side so there are gaps where there shouldn't be. Very shoddy work!

    The sales person i dealt with who wrote out my quote wrote down "no floor" on the quote although i was adamant and specific about having a floor panel in the closet. I even showed him the closets in the other rooms to show them exactly what i wanted and now i have no floor. Their solution was to get a board and cut it to shape and slip it in.

    The staff i spoke to on several occasions were extremely rude. No flexibility with time. Their most popular excuse is that the installer has another job (even though i hadn't even specified what time i would prefer) One staff member had the audacity to laugh on the phone when i politely asked if i could specify the time coz the wardrobe is in my baby's room and i wanted to make sure they didn't come when she was sleeping. They was rude, and completely unprofessional in the things they said to me. I was told that management would call me on monday and of course i got no call. Then the next day when i got a call it wasn't the management. They don't care about their customers, their reputation or their work.

    I do not recommend them AT ALL.

    Very disappointing. We had four built-in wardrobes put in and would definitely NOT recommend Betta to anyone. They were very quick and friendly to get the quote done and take our money, but after that they become hard to contact and we struggled to get the work done in a timely manner. 'The customer is always right' is definitely NOT something that this company subscribes to! The quality was also not good. They damaged our walls during construction, requiring us to organise and pay for a separate renderer to fix it, and we've only had the wardrobes for a few weeks and the handles are already falling off! To be honest, I can fix the handles better myself and at least it means we don't have to deal with them anymore.
