    Purchased a new trailer and after just one month it had already began to rust.

    We returned the trailer to be resprayed and were promised it would be ready to pick up one week later from the factory, after driving 2 hours to pick up the trailer it had not even been started.

    When I phoned the management at the sales yard and questioned why this was not complete, I was referred to as an 'idiot' and was hung up on.

    Not only were we sold a faulty product but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
