    Dear Julie

    I just wanted to drop you a quick note to again thank you and your team for doing such an incredible job. I have never experienced such kindness and determination to get a difficult move completed in record time. I have never seen a crew work so hard and continue to be completely jovial the whole time. I can honestly say that you made my Christmas. I have been singing your praises to everyone that I know and will certainly use you for all my future moves. Thanks again, you were all superstars.

    Despite getting a personal recommendation, we were unfortunately very disappointed with the service, and when we complained, we were even more disappointed with the response to our complaint. Broken items, over 7 hours just to load up a truck, stuff left behind, intimidation when we asked for an explanation. I'm not sure if there has been a change in management, however I would never recommend this company to anyone.

    Hi Julie

    We've been in our new home for a week now & finally, I've had the chance to write to you. Your company is, without a doubt, the best removal service I have ever used (& I've moved 13 times in Sydney now!). Brad is a truly great manager & has obviously educated his team superbly. The 3 men we had working for us for our move from Cammeray to Beecroft, all worked with total efficiency & professionalism. You rarely get those two qualities together but your guys most certainly had both. Our moving day was totally stress free & hours shorter than we had imagined, even after we had a change of plans with access after our floor sanders finished a day too late!!


    I will be telling all my friends & anyone who'll listen that Better Homes Removals is the No 1 removalist in Sydney.

I was so impressed with their attention to detail and the care they took with the move, especially considering the difficult access and weather they had to deal with.     Hello Julie and Jack,

    I just want to say how pleased I was at the fantastic service your
    company and removal men delivered on D-Day.
    Everyone knows moving is stress factor 9, what with the preparation
    beforehand, the goods being moved out and
    then in, then the sorting out afterwards, but your guys just made it
    all so seamlessly efficient, discrete and even
    pleasant!

    They started at 7am on a Friday morning and by 11am it was all over,
    and I hadn't touched a thing! Plus it cost about
    20% at least less than I reckoned I'd end up paying. So remarkable
    value, and definitely I would recommend your service
    to any friends and use you myself again - not that that will be
    happening for quite a while!

    A special mention must go to Brad, your main removal guy... he is a
    wonder with huge items in tight spaces, and is
    just such a lovely cheerful, on-the-ball guy who makes you feel like
    you are really being looked after. A star!

    Thanks again to all of you for all the courtesy shown in making the
    arrangement and carrying it out so beautifully.
