    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with flowers purchased from this store on Valentines Day 2012. As Im currently working overseas I asked a friend to pick up a $60 bunch of flowers for my girlfriend. She sent me a photo of the flowers later that day which I would describe as very small and half dead! I contacted the management and expressed my disappointment to which I was met with rudeness. They were very quick to claim that all the flowers were flown in fresh and were made that morning . I tried to explain that I didnt want a refund and that all I wanted was a new bunch of fresh flowers but they rudely spoke over me the whole time. They were really rude about the whole thing and ended up saying, No, you got your flowers maybe you should have spent more. Definitely dont buy flowers from this store.
