Saw my bill continually increase, eventhough the ironing amount was the same. Depending on where you live will determine your bill!!!!

I've been using Bev's Ironing Service for 7 years now. The service has been so good that I now don't even own an iron!!
Before using Bev, I had tried several ironing ladies that either didnt bring my clothes back on time (days late), or didn't iron very well without using water, or go away for months on end leaving me without anyway of getting my ironing done in that period.
Thank goodness I found Bev, as I couldn't be happier with her quality, service and reliability. Over the years I've recommended her service to many family and friends that are now customers as well, and will continue to do so in the future.

My clothes came back with my corporate slacks barely ironed (creases everywhere) and collars ironed whilst lapels folded back on themselves (they were standard ladies blouses). I had already given my credit card details prior to the service and now am told I'll still be charged despite my photo proof of how awful the service was. (The alternate offer to rectify by getting them done was not only not desirable, but would take three business days for my clothes to come back to me again.)
Don't use a big service like this!! Find a local ironing person instead is my tip.

I have just received my ironing from this service and I can tell you it's more than dreadful - who are these people?. My dresses still have bad creases throughout all the gathers. They are BASIC dresses but i can't wear them as is. Everyone knows cotton dresses require steam - not my other dresses. They look as if they've been run over with a dry iron only. Polo shirts are still creased, shirts have doubled back on themselves in the process of delivery so they have creases down the whole right side. I will have to re iron. To be told they can be 'reironed' is not good enough-they should never have been delivered so badly done. These people should not be charging for this work. did they write their own reviews because no one could afford such poor quality and wear these clothes. This company has been ironing for years. My job was not difficult. & the cost for the basket - $180.00. I see now that this is not the first time. Does the owner listen or rely on unsuspecting clients
