This place is great for those on a budget with time to spare. They can do pretty much anything, it just takes ages. Very nice staff/students.

The biba academy is a great place to get your hair cut , very cheap and great service! However make sure you have alot of time on your hands as getting a haircut may take up to a few hours. All together the students there are guided very well and it is a great experience as the salon is very funky.
