    I recently booked John for my move. I had booked him for 12pm on a Saturday and he didn't turn up. When I called him he informed me he didn't know who I was and that it was his day off and he couldn't get a truck. I had spoken to him 3 times before the move to confirm everything was OK, the last time was just one week before, each time he confirmed it was booked in and he would be there. I had also sent him a text message with my address on and confirming the time. To cut quite a long story short he ended up turning his phone off so I couldn't get hold of him, and I ended up having to book a removalist at the last minute, waiting all day for them to come and paying double the price.
    He added more stress to what was already a stressful time.
