Approached bike bar for a new seat as I was experiencing seat discomfort. Was persuaded to undertake a fitting.
During the fitting, I began to have concerns as the guy chose a non oversized stem to replace my oversized and put it on before he realised it was the wrong one. He also kept asking other staff what to do.
When I got home my seat post came apart as it had not been tightened correctly. They kept the bike for 6 weeks with minimal contact while rectifying the situation.
I would avoid dealing with them. -

After seeing a bike advertised by the Bike Bar Bondi on the Bike Exchange, I placed an order via the email address as direcyted only to be told that they had put the wrong price on it and would not honour the advertised price. When I complained, I was laughed at and hung up on. I would avoid dealing with them at any cost. -

Although Ive only been there once I was suitably impressed. The Bike Bar in Bondi Junction offers friendly, knowledgeable advice, a thorough and competitively priced bike service and a sun-soaked chill-out area out the back where you can order coffees and snacks while you wait for your two-wheeled wonder to be made road-worthy again.
