Bills Surry Hills has a fresh, chilled atmosphere. I'd been for breakfast lots of times before but recently had lunch there. The pesto rigatoni tasted great and the service prompt too. Our waiter sorted us out with takeaway coffee after - a nice little extra!

Bill really knows what he's doing, highly recommended. The fresh, clean and light wood decor with plenty of windows provides a great spot for breakfast through to lunch (haven't checked it out for dinner as yet). The service was pretty top notch, no waiting around, pleasant customer service and the food came out relatively quickly. Everyone's dishes looked great, I was happy with my choice - the ginger rice and chicken curry kebabs, very fresh and tasty. We also got coffees to go, which were very good. Keen to go back and check out the steak sandwich!
Have also been here for breakfast a couple of times, YES it is true, the corn fritters are amazing.
Also, they are licensed, which resulted in a bit of 'drink envy' of the table next to us who were popping the champagne during work hours!

We came here for lunch and didn't have to wait at all. The lunch menu is simple and affordable. It was a very casual atmosphere and dining experience which is what you're after for lunch anyway. I must admit, i had a case of food envy with a few of the dishes i didn't get. I had the schnitzel with coleslaw. Coleslaw i think had too many different tastes, but schnitzel was very tasty. Four stars from me.

Bills has been around a while, but still has a great vibe. It's a nice sunny room with very tasty food. It's not cheap, but not overpriced. I had a delicious open steak sandwich - I'll be gonig back for that!

We queued for over 40 minutes and it was totally worth it. One of the best places to dine for breakfast/brunch, great food. Once you come to this place you understand why Bill has opened up around the globe. The corn fritters are yum as is the big breakfast and the cost going to dent your wallet.

After a big Saturday night, sit outside in the sun with your shades on and enjoy breakfast with some heavenly corn fritters and a cappuccino, followed by ricotta pancakes with honeycomb butter and a fresh glass of OJ. Only then will you be ready for Sunday night at Hugos ;)
