    Disgusted by the service at Bioscor 182 Victoria Parade, East Melbourne. Staffs were very rude and spoke down to me. Procedure was rushed, they took shortcuts which resulted in an ineffective patchy job. Two full leg laser procedure took less than 20 minutes including admission and discharge from the clinic. Pre-paid procedure was dishonoured and deemed void for being marginally late (no refund). Their clinic is located in a busy CBD, where traffic, parking, and even a delayed lift service up to the 3rd floor were all factors in making me 12 minutes late!
