Bistro Paris combines contemporary French cuisine with a tableaux of clichés and anachronisms from French culture and a twist of eccentricity on behalf of the staff. Enjoy a table complete with a view of the Parisian skyline as you dine on pan-fried lambs brains with garlic puree, goat cheese soufflé or chilled rockmelon soup with jamon, fragrant coriander risotto with rhubarb and pineapple confit; and of course crème brulee for dessert. Naturally, the wine list is a combination of French imports and home-grown favourites.

A very good effort for classic French cuisine. It has the potential to be a real hot spot but was very quiet with no atmosphere.

It is a little set back off the road with was great but I think this is hampering passing trade.
