Out and away from the retail and food crowd and near a residential area across a large public green space, Bitton is that kind of restaurant that gives you a different feeling.
Firstly, there is no timed parking on the area, so you already feel like you are outside the city. Then, once you come in, you are greeted with this cosy European / French feel in this spacious place filled with tables for groups, small and large.
There is also a larger alfresco dining setting at the back for even larger groups and a kids play room while at that.
The garlic bread that we ordered were served generously and slightly burned like it was intended, and used natural garlic paste that can be a little sweet after a while.
The eye fillet was quite small but very soft even when cooked on medium. It came with a bed of chips and herb salad. The truffle rissotto was also quite good and properly portioned, albeit a little salty
The staffs were very attentive and courteous, and we were served a complimentary hor dourves before the entree and a small caramel custard at the end.
