About BKJ Martial Arts

Budoshinkai Karate-Jitsu first commenced in 1992 by offering instruction and training in Karate. Located in NSW at Roselands, West Pennant Hills, Ryde and Smeaton Grange, in Qld, Rainbow Beach, Tin Can Bay and Victoria.

People are getting in the best shape of their lives while having a great time learning valuable and practical Self Defence. Kids ages 4 years & older are taught life skills that will give them a great start in life. For over 30 years, we have been building and developing Black Belt Champions, strengthening the Mind, Body and Spirit of each individual. Ultimately we're building greater unity in families, workplaces and communities.

Headed by Dr George Adams, (Hanshi) and expert instructors, including Dr Chris Tsolakis (Renshi), Victor Matos (Renshi), John Ellis (Renshi), Timothy Ellis (Renshi), Jonathan Adams, Darren Grieve, Mark Szalajko, Dean Taylor and Kelvin Bitomsky.
