    My friend went the first time and the management was friendly and this time it was awful.
    The menu did not mention the minimum charge, but the management ask us to order 1meal per person in a rude way in our point of way; it is not the problem as i understand some people may speak like that.
    As we were sharing a meal between 4 girls, we asked for 4 plates to share, they kept saying the table were too small for several time before she TOLD us to move to the other table without helping us to move, we did not know what to do and just stay at the same table, at the end, we of course have enough space with the meals and the extra 4 plates.

    We pre-ordered the Pork Knuckle and all girls were excited to see the bone. When it come out, we were curious if it was a duck or pork coz the bone was missing. We were asking that no bone in it and the other table has a bone in the Pork Knuckle, they explain that we were sharing, that's why they cut the bone out for us to make it easy, they think it is service but without asking the customer, it is not authentic enough to have a Pork Knuckle without the bone... The management tried to apology but they emphasised that they only cook the pork knuckle per order and not able to make another one, but the thing was we were telling them that is not what we want but we DID NOT ask for a new one. The way they talked to us seem like they thought we just want to get something out from them, if they told us nicely, it wasn't a problem for us. This wasn't the main reason i write this review.

    When we settled our account, the management asked how was everything, my friend told them the food was good but was not satisfy to the service, we couldn't believe the management told the guest NOT TO GO BACK to their restaurant if we were not happy, they spoke in their normal tone with a smile, they may think it was funny, but it is NOT ACCEPTABLE in a service environment.

    P.S. the food was nice but they take the bone out of the pork knuckle make us feel the pork may have problem with cooking, it make the whole experience become 5 point.
    If they improve the service, the value can be higher!!! Service count the value!!!

    Food tastes quite original, but the service is not German at all unfortunately.

      I really loved this restaurant.
      Went there recently for my Dads birthday.
      The atmosphere was fun and friendly and I found the service excellent.
      New staff perhaps?
      The food was well sized and delicious and I enjoyed first experience of trying different German beers from a stein.

      It wasnt cheap but we will definately be back :-)
