    We went to the Black Rock one night as there was a large group of us and they had quite a few tables free. We approached a staff member and asked if we could be seated and told her how many of us there was, she said most of there tables were reserved and she could only sit 6 of us, so 6 of us stayed and the other 4 went somewhere else.

    We ordered out meals and my partner ordered a $50 steak. After a 1 hour wait our food arrived, only to find that the $50 steak was rare and not medium as requested. We notified the staff who said he would return the steak but after waiting 1 hour we decided against this.

    My partner ate everything but the steak so upon requesting the bill we asked if his meal could be knocked off the bill with which a staff replied "but hes ate the rest" which I though was very unprofessional, we also mentioned that we has to wait 1 hour with which she replied "you have to expect that in the school holidays." Not once did they apologies for the wait or warn us how long it would be, I would understand if all the tables were full but there was empty tables all around us. They could of easily fitted all of our group in.

    Service was awful.
