    We paid for Google places optimization which they charged for without actually following through. They then proceeded to charge our credit card several more times in error which they have admitted however we are still waiting for our refund weeks later. I cannot tell you how disgusted we are with this company.

    My relationship with Blink Digital has been a nightmare! I paid them $1200 up front for 3 months of SEO and to build a website. They started last Sept 2012 and the 3 mth SEO work still isn't finished yet! Their website designers were awful, I can do a lot better myself. Then 10 days ago they take $825 out of my credit card without my knowledge. I have been battling with them every day to return it, they are so nice if they ever respond via phone or email but their response rate is about 1 in 10. They promise everything and nothing gets done. I wish I had researched them on the internet before I handed over my cash. I am now in touch with credit card company and Fair Trading to get my money. Beware!!

    I wish i read these posts before using their services. A lesson to be learned about researching a business before using their service!!. Well I agreed to sign up with blink and pretty much what people have listed in these reviews here happened to me. They said that I get to keep the domain I registered with them with no more to pay as it was registered for 2 years, i asked them 3 times just to confirm that fact and now they're telling me I will lose my domain website unless I pay the new invoice they sent me.

    They continue to debit my bank account twice so far which has incured a dishonor fee twice. Got me in trouble with my bank and had to close my account down to stop them from debiting it. You would think if they were legitimate they would have a staff member try to call you if it is dishonored the first time. The adwords campaign waste of money. They must of had a newbie work on my campaign as alot of the keywords were obsolete for example I live in Sydney but they put Brisbane as one of the keywords. The list goes on and on. Be warned stay away from them, not professional.

    We agreed to advertise with this mob. Thwey couldn't follow simple instructions so we cancelled our dealings with them. A few months later they came crawling, asking for a 2nd chance. I reluctantly agreed & paid a deposit. Two days later they withdrew a sizeable amont out of our bank account . I had to put in a complaint with the bank & it too the NAB 3 weeks to recover the money & deposit it back into our account.

    I demanded the deposit be refunded too, but Blink Digital refused, making all the excuses under the sun. Not even a call from the Dept of Fair Trading would make them refund the deposit, so I took it to tribunal. Blink Digital failed to return the paperwork to the tribunal stating whether they wanted it heard by phone or in person. They didn't even bother turning up to the tribunal. The tribunal found in our favour. Blink Digital now has to pay up.

    I signed up with Blink Digital for some SEO services for my website. It took some time to get going, but my keyword rankings have picked up now and I'm getting good business. They seem to know how search engines work!

    Make sure you read their terms and conditions. They can change them anytime without notifing you, charge you what they like without telling you. Not do anything they say they are going to do. This is what you can expect from Blink Digital

    Will never used them again. I sign up for 120 days campaign only. Their sytem automatically charge my credit card another amount to roll over. When I ask to refund the amount. It takes more than 1 month and still not process. So finally need to dispute the transaction via the credit card company and get a new card. So be carefully!!

      I wish I'd seen these comments earlier. We just had the same thing happen. When I rang to get the money back I was fobbed off, so a complaint was lodged with the bank & the Dept of Fair Trading.
